Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Operations, CTVglobemedia

Fell was appointed Executive Vice President, HR and Operations, CTVglobemedia in October 2007, and is responsible for all infrastructure matters, which includes oversight of the company’s 27 conventional television stations, technology, operations, human resources, corporate security and all facilities management.

Previously, Fell served as Group Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services, CTVglobemedia from 2000 to 2007. In that capacity she oversaw industrial relations, compensation and benefits, pensions, staff recruitment, training, as well as health and safety, purchasing, travel, corporate security and facilities management at CTV Inc. and The Globe and Mail. Previous to that, Fell was Vice President, Human Resources for CTV Inc., where she demonstrated her ability to build a talented and resourceful work force. She joined Baton Broadcasting Inc. (now known as CTV Inc.) in 1996, where she successfully integrated human resources as the company continued to grow.

Prior to joining CTV, Fell worked as Human Resource Manager for the University of Oxford in England (1993-1996) and before that, she worked in the University's Industrial Relations Department between 1992 and 1993.

Ms. Fell has an Honours degree in Political Science and English Literature from Queen's University. She attended the London School of Economics where she achieved her M.Sc. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
